Returns
Our return policy is 14 days. 14 days after delivery date for an exchange ONLY. In order to exchange the items have to be unworn with tags attached. WE DO NOT REFUND ON ANY ITEMS. ONLY EXCHANGE

You (THE CLIENT) is responsible for all shipping cost to us and shipping cost to be shipped back for AN EXCHANGE

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, THIS INCLUDES PROMO SALES AS WELL.

To complete your return, please simply email us with the order date and order number

Please DO NOT send and items back to us if it was worn

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bisolashop@gmail.com 
Gifts
If an item is purchased as a gift, please leave us a note to include before shipping out


Shipping
To return your product, you should email us first.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund (ONLY ON DAMAGED PROVEN GOODS), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
